Even though KingsRoad may be sunsetting after an amazing 10 years, we’d still love to see our loyal players enjoying themselves with another great Rumble title, which is why we are offering a number of sunset packages in Alliance: Heroes of the Spire for those KingsRoad players who would like to try it out, or for those who have been enjoying Alliance: Heroes of the Spire all along!
To register for one of these sunset packages, you will need to provide Rumble Player Support with a couple of key points of information so we can find your KingsRoad account and your Alliance: Heroes of the Spire account.
Required Details
- KingsRoad Referral ID
- To obtain your KingsRoad Referral ID:
- Log into your KingsRoad account
- Open the Friends panel and tap INVITE FRIENDS
- Your Referral ID is at the bottom of this panel. Tap COPY to copy to your clipboardP
- Paste this somewhere safe! You’ll need it!
- To obtain your KingsRoad Referral ID:
- Alliance: Heroes of the Spire Registered Email Address
- If you haven’t already registered your account for recovery:
- Log into your Alliance: Heroes of the Spire account
- Open the Profile panel and tap REGISTER
- Follow the onscreen instructions to register your Alliance: Heroes of the Spire account for email recovery

Once you have these two required details, please provide them to Rumble Player Support through the following form:

KingsRoad sunset packages will be issued out to qualifying Alliance: Heroes of the Spire accounts the week of July 4th, 2022
Requirements & Restrictions
- KingsRoad account must…
- have been registered prior to 03/31/2022
- have been active between 04/01/2022 and 06/30/2022
- have been in good standing as of 06/30/2022
- Only one sunset package will be issued per KingsRoad account
- Only one sunset package will be received per Alliance: Heroes of the Spire account
