Alliance: Heroes of the Spire is a server-based game that is updated with new content on a regular basis, as opposed to those titles that are static stand-alone experiences. This means that in order to play Alliance: Heroes of the Spire, an internet connection is required. Alliance: Heroes of the Spire supports both cellular data connections and wireless connections, but either of those is required to play the game.
If no connection to the Internet is available, the connection to Rumble’s servers will fail and result in a LOGIN FAILED error message. If you have received this error, please ensure that your device is currently connected to the Internet, and that no forms of blocking apps are running in the background. Please also ensure that your device is not set to Airplane mode, which disables all outside data connections.
