Sometimes, issues with KingsRoad can be resolved by clearing your browser's cache as well as its Flash cache. To clear your caches, follow these steps:
Chrome
- Click the menu icon in the upper right corner of your browser window.
- Click on Settings
- Select Settings from the list of options on the left
- Scroll down to Privacy
- Click the Clear browsing data... button
- Make sure that Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and other site and plugin data, and Cached images and files are all checked.
- Make sure that the dropdown option is set to ...the beginning of time.
- Click the Clear browsing data
- Restart Google Chrome
Firefox
- Click the menu icon in the upper right corner of your browser window.
- Click on Options
- Select the Privacy option from the list of options on the left
- Scroll down to the History section
- Click 'clear your recent history'
- Change the dropdown option to Everything
- Make sure that Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, and Cache are all checked.
- Click the Clear Now button
- Restart Mozilla Firefox
Internet Explorer
- Click the gear in the upper right corner of your browser window.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click the "Delete..." button under "Browsing History."
- Restart Internet Explorer
Clearing your Flash cache must be done on a per-browser basis, as Adobe Flash has separated the data used by Flash for Chrome vs. Firefox vs. Internet Explorer. Instructions for doing so are below; please repeat these steps on each browser you wish to use to play KingsRoad.
- Visit the Website Storage Settings Panel via the provided link
- Click on the Delete all sites button
- Click on the Confirm button when prompted
