Technical - Crashing & Lockups

Should you experience a problem where the app crashes, hangs, or otherwise locks up you can attempt to resolve this issue yourself.

 

When this happens, we recommend the following actions:

  • Force-close the App and relaunch
  • Close down all Apps on the device & restart the device. Then restart only the App
