Alliance: Heroes of the Spire is designed to be a mobile gaming experience, once that goes with you wherever you go. But it is not just limited to a single device! Now with account registration, you can command your Rift Company from your phone or your tablet, or any combination thereof!
This is handled through Account Registration and Account Recovery. To begin Account Registration, you'll need to load up Alliance: Heroes of the Spire on the device and the account that you want to register. Once logged in, tap on your Commander's avatar to open the OPTIONS panel.
If you have not already registered the account you are logged into currently, you will have the option to REGISTER EMAIL on the right. Tap on the REGISTER EMAIL button to begin the registration process.
Follow the onscreen instructions, providing the email address you wish to register. Note: An email address may only be registered to one account for Alliance: Heroes of the Spire, and may not be reused.
Rumble will send an email with the subject line of 'Alliance Email Confirmation' to the email address provided, in order to confirm that you have access to that email address. Clicking on the link to verify your email address will finalize the registration process.
If you ever have to reinstall Alliance: Heroes of the Spire, or wish to manage your Rift Hunter Company from a secondary device, this is where Account Recovery comes into play. To begin Account Recovery, you will need to load up Alliance: Heroes of the Spire on the device that you wish to recover your existing account to. Once logged in, tap on your Commander's avatar to open the OPTIONS panel, and then scroll down to the RECOVER ACCOUNT button.
If this is a brand new installation, there will also be an option for account recovery on the initial menu.
Note: Completion of the Account Recovery process will abandon any account currently in use on the device being used for Account Recovery.
Either way, providing the email address that is registered to the account you wish to recover will start the recovery process. An email will be sent to the email address registered with a code that is then entered into Alliance: Heroes of the Spire. Doing so will recover the registered account to that device!
